Our Purpose: 

With several years of vendor and corporate Talent Acquisition, our team has a wealth of experience with managerial feedback, recruiter feedback, and knowledge of the trends and decision making criteria that most segments of the business utilize to identify potential candidates. Studies show the main application method used to draw interviewing/hiring conclusions for a potential candidate is a resume. Resumes are the snapshot of who you are in the business world and the knowledge and aptitude you posses and can acquire. And producing the best snapshot possible of your business life is Resume Righting's bread and butter. 

Our Findings:

In the market, many applicants who are seemingly qualified workers aren't getting "call backs," and tend to not understand why. Studies have continually shown that this is due to the impression the resume has on its intended recipient. Research also shows that it takes the average employer only 25 seconds to review a resume and have a decision to proceed or to reject. This is a huge deal! That means selection is often based on the aesthetic and "ease of read" on your resume rather than the quality of experience/skill you may posses. This is what brings Resume Righting to the table.
